Terms and Conditions of Service
1. Company Identification
These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between Tours from Madrid (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and its clients (hereinafter referred to as "the Client" or "Clients"). The Company is operated by Eon Services LLC, registered in the United States (Clovis, NM), and conducts its European operations in Madrid, Spain.

By booking services with the Company, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
2. Services Offered
The Company provides private and customized tours in Madrid and surrounding regions. Services may include:
- Transportation, including private vehicles and drivers.
- Driver-hosts who provide contextual explanation (non-licensed guides).
- Tickets to attractions and other travel-related arrangements.
The Company acts as an intermediary for third-party service providers, including transportation companies and ticket vendors ("Providers"). The Company is not liable for any errors, omissions, or failures of these Providers.
3. Booking and Payment
Booking Confirmation:
A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a written confirmation from the Company and payment of the required deposit. Bookings are subject to availability, and the Company reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.
Payment Terms:
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days prior to the tour date.
- Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods.
Late Payments:
Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in the cancellation of the booking without a refund of the deposit.
Currency:
Payments are accepted in USD or EUR. Any bank or currency conversion fees incurred during payment are the responsibility of the Client.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by the Client:
- Cancellations made 10 days or more before the tour date: 95% of the total booking cost will be refunded.
- Cancellations made 9 to 5 days before the tour date: 75% will be refunded.
- Cancellations made 4 to 3 days before the tour date: 50% will be refunded.
- Cancellations made less than 2 days before the tour date or no-shows: No refund.
Non-Refundable Costs:
In cases where entrance tickets have already been purchased or payment has been made via credit card, the corresponding ticket costs and credit card processing fees are non-refundable. These amounts will be deducted from any eligible refund.
Cancellation by the Company:
The Company reserves the right to cancel a tour in cases of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure). In such cases, Clients will receive a full refund (excluding non-refundable costs as outlined above) or the option to reschedule the tour.
5. Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for cancellations, delays, or changes due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or pandemics. In such cases, the Company will work with Clients to reschedule or provide refunds where possible.
6. Changes to Itineraries
Client-Initiated Changes:
Requests for changes to itineraries must be submitted in writing at least 72 hours prior to the tour. The Company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, but additional costs may apply.
Company-Initiated Changes:
The Company reserves the right to make minor changes to itineraries due to operational reasons or circumstances beyond its control. Clients will be informed as soon as possible.
7. Liability and Insurance
The Company is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to Clients or their belongings during the tour. Clients are encouraged to obtain personal travel insurance to cover such risks.
The Company is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or other issues caused by third-party Providers. Any claims must be directed to the relevant Provider.
The Company’s liability is limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the tour.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for arriving at the designated meeting points on time. Delays caused by the Client may result in the cancellation of the tour without a refund.
Clients must inform the Company of any special requirements (e.g., dietary restrictions, mobility issues) at the time of booking.
Clients must adhere to local laws and regulations during the tour. The Company reserves the right to terminate a tour without refund if a Client’s behavior is inappropriate, disruptive, or poses a safety risk to themselves or others.
9. Privacy Policy

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Madrid, Spain. By booking with the Company, Clients agree to this dispute resolution process.
11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
The Company reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes prior to their booking date.
