The customer accepts and agrees to the terms and conditions of this website which shall be deemed to be immediately applicable.

EON SERVICES LLC owner of the trademark Tours From Madrid reserves the right to change the legal terms and conditions by publishing them on the internet. The use of our website after any change means that you accept them so if you are a regular user please review them periodically.

EON SERVICES LLC reserves all rights to the information published on this website, so it is expressly forbidden to copy, reproduce, disseminate or transmit the content of the website without express permission to do so.

You agree to use this site to make requests for reservation of products and services in accordance with the offer contained in the Web and to do so in a legitimate manner in accordance with the commercial purposes for which it is designed. Therefore, you agree not to use robots or other automated access mechanisms intended to generate false or fraudulent requests.

You therefore may use this site in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined above and do so voluntarily and at your own risk and EON SERVICES LLC shall not be liable if you find the content objectionable, inaccurate, offensive or inappropriate.

In the event that you decide to create an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your password and keeping it confidential. You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized misuse of your password. You also agree to provide us with accurate information and to have only one account in your name. EON SERVICES LLC reserves the right to close the account if deemed necessary.

All tour products and services offered by EON SERVICES LLC are valid according to the information displayed on the EON SERVICES LLC website and EON SERVICES LLC is not responsible for any information from other sources.

If you must cancel your participation in a tour or other service for any reason, please email us at info@toursfrommadrid.com as soon as possible and we will refund you:

90% of the payment, if the cancellation is made 7 days or more prior to the tour start date;

50% of the payment, if the cancellation is made 48 hours prior to the tour start date;

No refunds will be made for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start of the service or for services contracted with a promotional code.

In case of no-show for the tour or service, no refunds will be made.

In any case, the processing fee of the payment will not be refundable (5% CC fee)

Refunds will be made by the same payment method used to make the original reservation and the cancellation will be completed upon receipt of a cancellation email from the EON SERVICES LLC team.

Date changes for a reservation will be free of charge but subject to availability and EON SERVICES LLC cannot guarantee that the requested date change will be honored.

Unless otherwise indicated, the prices shown on this website are per person/group and include national taxes. The prices do not include tips, personal or theft insurance or extra services requested by the client during the service such as time extensions, additional visits, etc. In the case of these changes you agree to notify us of them and in any case admits the charge through the same means of payment used in hiring the initial service or in cash on the day of completion of the tour.

Regarding the hiring of official tour guides, cars with driver and other services available, EON SERVICES LLC informs that the providers of such services may not be agents or employees of EON SERVICES LLC so you are responsible for dealing directly with them in terms of setting programs, times, meeting places and other details of the contracted services. EON SERVICES LLC is not responsible for accidents, losses, damages, delays or expenses incurred during the provision of these services.

For the correct provision of the services you must show the voucher that we send you and present it in paper or digital support to the provider of the contracted service. In certain cases it may require identification with a document that includes a photograph and/or the card used for payment and may deny the provision of the service if the aforementioned documentation is not provided.

When hiring the service you agree to inform the minor passengers, as indicated in the hiring process, in order to provide them with the necessary chairs or boosters to ensure their safety and comply with current regulations. In any case you agree to respect the indications given by the driver to comply with the current traffic regulations and to make a responsible use of the vehicle, being responsible for any damage it may suffer due to negligence or improper use, as well as to bear any penalty imposed on us for not respecting the rules as a result of their actions.

In no case the money will be refunded once the tour or the contracted service has started.

EON SERVICES LLC, its agents, suppliers and distributors will not be responsible for any damage or loss of data, business, lost profits, opportunities, reputational damage or any other damage such as theft, robbery, injury, illness, etc. produced during the provision of the contracted services.

As City Tours are closed circuits, they may begin at any point along the route and will always end at the same point where they began.

EON SERVICES LLC, its agents, suppliers and distributors will not be responsible for damages or loss of data, business, loss of profits, opportunities, reputational damage or any other damage such as theft, robbery, injuries, illnesses, etc. produced during the provision of the contracted services.

As City Tours are closed circuits, they may begin at any point along the route and will always end at the same point where they began.

The duration times of the tours are approximate and may suffer significant alterations depending on traffic, events or weather conditions, so they will be adapted as best as possible according to these conditions. The alteration of the service for reasons beyond the control of EON SERVICES LLC will not generate the right to a refund.

EON SERVICES LLC reserves the right to remove from the website without prior notice any service that it considers inadequate for any reason without accepting any responsibility derived from this decision.

EON SERVICES LLC accepts most debit or credit cards and other methods published on the Web as payment methods. There is no service fee or charge for processing debit or credit card payments. To make a reservation, it is essential to pay in full by credit or debit card. The payment will appear as "Tours From Madrid" on your credit or debit card statement.

Prices may change in case of service, fuel or any other cost increase.

E-mail communications

We may send you e-mail messages with information about offers of value to you, news about destinations, products and services, programs, etc., as well as other special promotions that we think you will find useful, interesting or informative.

Our security and storage measures

EON Services LLC maintains the integrity and security of your personal information by storing your personal information in secure operating environments that are not accessible to the general public and by having security measures in place in our physical facilities to prevent the loss, fraudulent use or alteration of your personal information. However, no Internet transmission or data storage environment can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot provide complete security. Services contracted through our distribution partners or provided through suppliers.

Also, for the provision of some services, we need to share all or part of this information with the final providers of the contracted services so we understand that by hiring our services you expressly authorize us to such transfer of information and only for the purpose of providing the contracted service. Therefore, EON SERVICES LLC may transfer your personal data in favor of third party collaborating entities (travel agencies) in order to meet the User's request, and this in accordance with the provisions of Article 6.1 b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
